Troy Johnson is senior vice president of global growth strategy at Assurex Global. Troy’s focus is on helping Partner Firms develop and strengthen multinational business opportunities, including developing and leading multinational business development practice groups in North America and Europe.

Troy has more than 25 years of risk and insurance brokerage experience. He previously served as Regional Sales Director at Towergate Insurance Brokers and as Development Director at Griffiths & Armour. He also served in prior sales, development, and account management roles at Jardine Lloyd Thompson, PruHealth (now Vitality Health), and AXA Insurance.
