Garry Bair is Director of Data Analytics & Strategy at Assurex Global. He brings deep experience building and scaling enterprise analytics, finance, and data strategy in complex organizations. Most recently, he led global analytics and financial planning and analysis initiatives at Fresenius Medical Care, and prior to that spent more than 15 years at Cardinal Health in senior analytics and strategy roles. Throughout his career, he’s built analytics frameworks from the ground up and delivered measurable business impact through automation, benchmarking, and decision-focused insights.

Garry supports Assurex Global’s enterprise data strategy as part of Assurex Global’s active participation in the growth and success of our Partner Firms. His role is about making data practical, usable, and impactful—internally and externally. He works closely across all of Assurex Global’s affiliated companies to ensure data initiatives drive real adoption and Partner Firm value.
