Dean Hildebrandt is president & CEO of Assurex Global. He has an instrumental role in the future of Assurex Global and strengthening the Partnership as the organization embarks upon key initiatives from its recent strategic planning process. Dean has more than 20 years of experience across the independent agent and broker industry that will add value to Assurex Global.

Before joining Assurex Global, Dean was president and CEO of Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting (ABRC), a subsidiary of Associated Banc-Corp. He led ABRC to No. 46 on the Business Insurance 100 Largest Brokers of U.S. Business (July 2018).

Dean was also previously president of former Minnesota-based Assurex Global Partner, Ahmann-Martin, (Ahmann-Martin left Assurex Global in early 2015 when it was sold to Associated Banc-Corp), and he served on the Assurex Global Board of Directors from 2014 to 2015.

He has a bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University and an MBA (Finance) and Doctor of Education (Organization Development) from the University of St. Thomas.
