Assurex Global Welcomes New Chairman, Elects Three New Board Members

After the conclusion of Assurex Global’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in Munich, Germany, on October 16, 2025, we are pleased to welcome our new Assurex Global Chairman, Robert (Bob) Harrison of The Daniel and Henry Co. in St. Louis, Missouri, USA! Bob has served on the board since 2021. 

We thank past Chairman Jim Kapnick (Kapnick Insurance) for his leadership and guidance as chair, including his service in an extra year to fill a vacancy. He is now retired from our board, having served for 15 years. 

We are also excited to announce the election of three new board members, who will serve a new three-year term (2025-2028): 

• Charles Galayini, GSA Insurance Brokers Pty Limited, Sydney, Australia
• Jack Riesch, R&R Insurance Services, Inc., Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
• Brad Rucker, The Mahoney Group, Chandler, Arizona, USA

Three current board members were also re-elected for another three-year term (2025-2028):

• Gautam Boda, J B & Boda & Co. Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, India
• Tom Hughston, RHSB, Dallas, Texas, USA
• Jon Loftin, The MJ Companies, Carmel, Indiana, USA

We would also like to recognize the hard work and dedication of T.C. Chau (Ximco Corporation) and Erin Powell (IMA Financial Group), who have completed their terms on our board. T.C. joined our board in 2012 and Erin joined in 2019.
