Vista Insurance Brokers was founded in 2014 by Gavin Ruben, Peter Warburton, and Vaughan Rudd. Initially operating as an appointed representative of Reich Insurance Brokers, Vista became an independent entity in 2016. Today, the firm remains director-led and independent, with all three founders continuing to provide hands-on leadership at the forefront of the business — a model that supports adaptability and decisive action, reflecting the high standards maintained by the Assurex Global Partnership.
