Assurex Global Partner Firm Wins Best Overall in Insurance Journal’s Best Agencies to Work For; Another Partner Firm Takes Top Spot in East

COLUMBUS, OHIO – Assurex Global is proud to announce that Partner Firm INSURICA of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was recently named Overall Winner of Insurance Journal‘s Best Insurance Agencies to Work For Awards.

Additionally, Partner Firm RCM&D of Baltimore, Maryland, won the Gold designation for the East at the regional level of the awards.

Insurance Journal‘s annual award is a survey of the property/casualty industry to determine the best insurance agencies to work for in the U.S. In 2022, employees highlighted the importance of competitive salaries, employee benefits, training and education, resources, and other employee perks as drivers of satisfaction in the workplace.

Beyond that, employees of winning agencies also cite high personal job satisfaction, rate their relationships with their immediate boss or supervisor as positive, and express a high opinion of their agency’s owner or principals and its reputation in the community.

For INSURICA, community culture was a top factor given to the company by employees who nominated the firm. Making sure employees are supported with the resources they need for a successful life/work balance was also a big theme in its nominations.

Partner Firm RCM&D took home the Gold for the East region. Gold, Silver, and Bronze designations are awarded to agencies in six U.S. regions. A total of 3,500 agency staff nominated their respective agencies this year.
