Assurex Global recognizes the life and legacy of Jim Pender, former chairman and CEO of Partner Firm Oswald Companies, who passed away on September 4. As the grandson of founder James B. Oswald and the last member of the Oswald family to lead the organization, we recognize his powerful impact on the people-first culture that guides Oswald Companies today.
