Meet the EMEA Next Generation: Lennart & Quinten
The Assurex Global EMEA Next Generation Initiative is a talent program offering upcoming professionals the opportunity to benefit from a range of international and leadership development opportunities. The program aims to allow participants to build their international networks while strengthening their respective firms.
The 2023 EMEA Next Generation class includes 10 upcoming professionals. You can meet two of them here:
Quinten Sijffers, Schouten Zekerheid
Quinten graduated with a banking and insurance degree in 2017 and has worked in the industry ever since.
From Quinten: “When I saw the program for the first time, I immediately knew that it would benefit me a lot. During the program, you visit unique places, well-considered and all with the goal to develop certain skills or knowledge. Besides that, it would give me the opportunity to travel around Europe and meet people within the industry with the same mindset.”
Lennart Riemenschneider, LEUE & NILL GmbH + Co. KG
Lennart graduated from a three-year traineeship at German health insurer Debeka in 2016 before starting as a claims assistant at LEUE & NILL. Since January 2018, he has worked as an account executive in the international division. He obtained a Bachelor of Professional Insurance & Finance CII in 2019 and, in 2021, graduated as an insurance performance coach.
From Lennart: “For me, engaging together underlines the roots of our network. While I can shed a little more light onto the German’ insurance jungle,’ I can learn so much about various countries within the EMEA region, and together we can create solutions that suit everyone’s needs.”
