Meet the EMEA Next Generation: Chloe & Johan
The Assurex Global EMEA Next Generation Initiative is a talent program offering upcoming professionals the opportunity to benefit from a range of international and leadership development opportunities. The program aims to allow participants to build their international networks while strengthening their respective firms.
The 2023 EMEA Next Generation class includes 10 upcoming professionals. You can meet two of them here:
Chloe Murray, Commercial Broker, Griffiths & Armour
Chloe has worked at Griffiths and Armour for six years dealing with commercial insurance. Over the past couple of years, she has been introduced to international insurance and continues to enjoy it.
From Chloe: “Next Gen to me means support and enthusiasm towards young professionals within the Assurex network, and experiencing this is amazing. I’m very grateful to be part of it.”
Johan Malmberg, Account Executive, Söderberg & Partners Denmark
Johan is an account executive in Sӧderberg & Partners Denmark’s international division. He has been with the company for over five years.
From Johan: “The Next Gen has been a game-changer for me, opening up new horizons and expanding my perspectives on a wide range of captivating topics. I’m learning a lot about international insurance management, communication, and cross-border collaboration.”
